Plymouth Roundup: Property Purchase, Housing Funds, and Concert Contract on Council Agendas
Plymouth's City Council and Housing and Redevelopment Authority have several consequential items on recent agendas, including a real property purchase, affordable housing funding, and a concert artist contract. Housing and Redevelopment Authority — July 23
The HRA agenda included a substantial amendment to the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan for the Community Development Block Grant program, along with consideration of Local Affordable Housing Aid funds to support property rehabilitation at Willow Wood Estates.
The body was also scheduled to review preliminary budgets for 2027-2028 and accept monthly housing reports and financials for Plymouth Towne Square and Vicksburg Crossing.

Special City Council Meeting — July 28
The Council convened a special meeting to discuss a press release regarding the Robbinsdale Area Schools bond referendum. The agenda also included scheduling future study sessions and setting agenda topics.

Regular City Council Meeting — July 28
The Council agenda featured a purchase agreement for real property at 13500 26th Avenue N, along with a TIF reimbursement item.
A public hearing was scheduled for liquor licenses for Lucky Street Thai Street Food And Sushi at 1400 County Road 101, Unit I.
Several cooperative agreements were on the agenda:
