Planning Commission held two hearings Sept. 30
The Paragonah Planning and Zoning Committee met September 30, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Paragonah Town Hall, 44 North 100 West, for two public hearings.
The first concerned Worth's Simple Lot Subdivision Petition for property at 333 S. 550 E., owned by Sherri & Victor Worth. The proposal would divide the property into two lots of 2.156 and 2.295 acres.
The second concerned the Dalton/Robinson Petition to Vacate Street, filed by Nancy & Tony Dalton and Shawn & Missy Robinson. It seeks to vacate approximately 16 feet of road west of their properties on 200 East, between the 200 North intersection and the north end of their property abutting the Mounds Subdivision. The stated purpose is to align street frontage between the original north town boundary and the 1991 Mounds Subdivision road. The petition was available for public inspection at Town Hall.
After each hearing, the committee was scheduled to vote on a recommendation of approval or denial to send to the Town Board. The agenda also listed approval of minutes from the August 26, 2026 meeting, a report on 5CAOG Regional Training by Chair Nancy Dalton, and discussion of the Transportation Master Plan Update and Annexation Policy Update.
Minutes from the September 30 meeting have not been published, so no vote tallies or outcomes from those recommendation votes are available in the records reviewed here.
