The Council agenda listed a bid award of $624,165 for the Telegraph Street Asphalt Repair Project to Staker Parson / Western Rock Products. Two conditional use permits were also up for consideration: C-26-05 for commercial development at 912 West Red Cliffs Drive (Greens Development) and C-26-06 for a multi-tenant building at 1309 East Twin Rock Cv (Braden Hancock).

General plan amendment and zone change at 362 West 3650 South
The agenda included two related ordinances for the same property at 362 West 3650 South, with applicant Michael Welker listed. Workshop: Telegraph Street signal and Wheels Park upgrades

Church Farm Road Pump Station and Pipeline bids open
On July 23, Washington City issued a request for bids for the Church Farm Road Pump Station and Pipeline project. The work includes an 1,800 gpm booster pump station with a masonry building, pump skid, piping, and electrical equipment, plus approximately 15,500 linear feet of 12-inch and 16-inch C-900 PVC pipe.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Washington Public Works Office. Bids are due Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 2:00 pm, when they will be publicly opened and read. Bidding documents are available at www.washqa.org/planspecs/CFR.
