Annexation Petition Accepted for 87.74 Acres at 1000 West
The Brigham City Council accepted an annexation petition from Steward Land Co. for approximately 87.74 acres located at 1200 West between Highway 13 and 1500 North, according to the July 22 meeting agenda. Under Utah Code §10-2-810, residents had until July 31, 2026 to file a written protest with the County Clerk and City Recorder.
