Delta Planning Commission approves Lake View Estates lot split; council annexation vote pending
Delta's Planning Commission approved a lot split for Lake View Estates last week, the most consequential decision among recent village meetings. The commission also discussed an appointment to a housing council. In other action, the Park Board approved murals and benches, and the Board of Zoning Appeals granted two variances. The Village Council met on August 3, but minutes have not been published; its agenda included an annexation petition and a new staff position.
