Wildwood City Commission to take up land-use changes, $3.6M in payments

Wildwood's City Commission meets today (Aug. 10) to consider three land-use changes, two annexations, and payments totaling more than $3.6 million. No decisions have been published from the four meetings held in the past two weeks; their minutes are not yet available.

Two voluntary annexations are on the agenda: 0.5 acres at 7310 CR 213 (parcel F01-025) and first reading for 0.18 acres at 108 Fox Court. The commission will also consider pay application No. 17 for the Water Reclamation Facility ($3,157,164.02) and Millennium Park Improvements pay application No. 18 ($499,316.82).
