Winnebago County roundup: Library board acts on bills and agreement; County Board set for major votes July 21
The Neenah Public Library Board was the only body with published minutes among this week's Winnebago County meetings, unanimously approving payment of July bills and the Winnefox Automated Library Services (WALS) Agreement. The board also approved its June 17 minutes and adjourned at 5:12 p.m., all by unanimous vote. Personnel & Finance Committee
The Winnebago County Personnel & Finance Committee was scheduled July 13 to ratify a tentative collective bargaining agreement with the Winnebago County Deputies' Association covering 2027–2029. The agenda also included a budget transfer of $158,913 for the Wisconsin Partnership Program Community Impact Grant, a budget amendment of $50,346 for Tyler Technologies to implement bid management, eProcurement, and a vendor access portal, and authorization to apply for and accept the WPS Rewarding Responders Grant for cut-off saw, angle grinder, and power shears for a fire truck. The Planning & Zoning Committee had two sessions scheduled July 13.
