Minutes of 4 August 2026 Electoral Board (EB) Meeting Canvass and Provisional Meeting The meeting was called to order at 8:12 PM. Attending were Board members Bruce Robertson, Veronica Haney, Lannis Selz, General Registrar (GR) Patricia Morton, and citizen observer Amanda Chase Scott. The EB voted 3-0 (Motion: Selz) to delegate opening of the 1A envelopes to the GR and the Deputy Registrar (DR). The EB reviewed the content of each precinct’s #2 envelopes with the respective Precinct Chiefs for completeness of documentation, in preparation for a complete Canvass review the next day. Motion to recess the meeting until 9:00 AM Wednesday 5 August (Robertson) was made at 9:35 pm upon completion of review, passed 3-0. The meeting was reopened at 9:06 AM. for evaluation of Provisional Votes. No voters who cast Provisional votes were present. It was noted that one (1) Provisional (SDR) ballot was received, and was approved for review (Motion Robertson, vote 3-0).
