Public hearing on fourplex at 422 E 3rd St, parking exception

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on a site plan review and special exception (parking) for a fourplex at 422 E 3rd St. They will also vote to approve minutes from November and December 2024, and appoint a chair and vice-chair for 2025. A presentation on the Transportation Master Planning project will be given.
