Planning and Zoning Commission

The Planning and Zoning Commission will consider approval of the minutes from the December 5, 2024 meeting. Commissioners will hold public hearings on a rezoning application for 0 Ohio, John Arthur Survey, A-4, Block 882, Tracts 12‑14, moving the land from Industrial to Mixed Residential. The commission will also discuss amendments to Chapter 39, Sections 39.2.4 and 39.5.3 to add hotel use requirements and define Full‑Service and Limited‑Service Hotels.
