IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS GRANT.
FISCAL NOTE: FY2026 annual funding for operating costs, preventative
maintenance, payroll and capital expenditures = $893,982.00
SUMMARY: Annual split letter for Ashland Bus System funding with Tri-State
Transit Authority and Lawrence County Port Authority. Federal 5307/5340 FTA
funds are apportioned to the Huntington, WV, Kentucky and Ohio Urbanized Area.
These funds are for operating costs, preventative maintenance, payroll and capital
expenditures.
