The meeting was called to order at 6:15 PM.
Present: Christal Johnson, Kyle Kennedy, Candace Stone, Brittney Murray, Nicole Shaw, Marc
Hendricks
Staff Present: City Attorney Aliceson Cotton, City Manager Leanne Wilson, Development
Manager Shanda Guffee, Administrative Assistant Kacey Hagen
Commissioner Nicole Shaw led the Pledges of Allegiance, and Commissioner Christal
Johnson offered the invocation.

Consent Items:
1. Approve minutes of the December 11, 2025 meeting.
2. Approve the request from Commission Member(s) identified in the Staff report as an
excused absence from the December 11, 2025 regular meeting.
P&Z Commissioner Kyle Kennedy made a motion to approve the consent items.
P&Z Commissioner Nicole Shaw seconded. Motion Passed (6:0). None
opposed. (Excused absences: Christal Johnson and Marc Hendricks)
New Business: New items requested for consideration.
3. Consider and make a recommendation to City Council on a Final Plat application for
Lot 1, Block 1, AUB Office Addition. The plat proposes a replat of Lot 82, Block 23,
Map of the Town of Aubrey, together with an adjacent triangular tract described in
Volume 481, Page 131 of the Deed Records of Denton County, Texas. The property
