Furthermore, I move that the Board convene in a closed meeting to discuss plans to protect public safety as it relates to vulnerabilities and plans related to the security of any governmental facility, building or structure, or the safety of persons using such facility, building or structure as authorized by Virginia Code 2.2-3711(A)(19).
