The Berkeley County Board of Education voted to amend the Return-to-Learn Plan, mandating five days of instruction for all PreK-12 students. BRICK PreK-8 students will begin blended in-person instruction at least two days per week starting January 21, regardless of county alert color, while BRICK high school students remain virtual until January 27. The plan also moves the asynchronous learning day from January 27 to January 25 and allows the superintendent flexibility to close individual classrooms or schools based on health needs.
