Planning and Zoning (Community Development)
The Carroll County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on six requests: a conditional use for a cell tower, two conditional uses for secondary residences, and three rezoning applications. The commission will also receive an update from the Board of Commissioners meeting and conduct a first reading. All items are for discussion and recommendation; final decisions are made by the Board of Commissioners.

Board of Elections & Registration
The Carroll County Board of Elections and Registration will certify the January 5, 2021 General Election Runoff results and make the call for a March 16, 2021 Special Election. The board will also discuss a second grant and its distribution, and approve voter list maintenance removing 113 names due to vitals and 1 felon.

Board of Commissioners
The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will consider resolutions to renew the one percent sales and use tax (SPLOST) and call an election for voter approval. They will also discuss a financial recap, elect a vice chairman, make an appointment to the Board of Elections, and consider a rental agreement for the Department of Driver Services. A public hearing will be held on abandoning a portion of Ringer Road, and the board will consider increasing the county's share for a conservation easement.
