Historic Resources Committee

Police Civilian Oversight Board

The Police Civilian Review Board will hold an election of officers and introduce Hearing Examiner Adrian Steel. The meeting includes discussions on standard operating procedures for the board's relationship with the CPD and internal operating procedures.

Electoral Board

The City of Charlottesville Electoral Board is meeting to hold a discussion regarding redistricting. The agenda also includes the adoption of the agenda and minutes, as well as public comments.

City Council

The Charlottesville City Council will hold a special meeting to interview prospective Interim City Manager candidates proposed by the Robert Bobb Group. The council will also consult with legal counsel regarding the implementation of the contract with the Robert Bobb Group. Following the closed session, the council will vote on approving personnel as Interim City Manager.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission and City Council will hold a joint public hearing regarding an amendment to the 2021 Comprehensive Plan. The Commission may recommend that City Council approve, modify, or disapprove the proposed plan.

City Council

The City Council will consider several rezoning requests and budget appropriations. This includes a second reading for the COVID Homelessness Emergency Response Program funding. The council will also review slope waivers and meeting schedules.

Tree Commission
