Highway Commission

Library Board of Trustees

Advisory Board to Manage Wildlife

The Churchill County Advisory Board to Manage Wildlife will approve the agenda and minutes from the August 14 meeting. It will consider several appointments, including a petition by Michael Scow to allow a deer tag for Nevada residents who have lived in the state at least 30 years and are 70 or older. The board will also review a software update for seasons and quotas, updates to eTag regulations and fishing season regulations, and items from the Nevada Board of Wildlife Commissioners' agenda. Regional Transportation Commission

The Churchill County Regional Transportation Commission will consider approval of the meeting agenda as submitted, approval of the minutes from the July 17, 2024 meeting, and approval of the September Treasurer's Report. Board of County Commissioners

The Churchill County Board of Commissioners will consider and act on a range of items, including approving the agenda and minutes, presenting employee service awards, and holding a public hearing on an ordinance to give the Planning Director authority over temporary use permits. They will also vote on a protest to the BLM’s final environmental impact statement for a utility‑scale solar program and ratify several service agreements and funding allocations. The Central Nevada Health District Board will meet on September 12, 2024 at 1:30 PM. The agenda includes approval of the August 8, 2024 meeting minutes and several appointments.
