Council to consider rezoning for 480-unit housing project at Airport Boulevard and Produce Avenue

The City Council will consider a zoning map amendment to create a Planned Development District for a 480-unit multi-family residential development at 124 Airport Boulevard and 100 Produce Avenue. They also will hold public hearings on revising the Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan and on establishing sewer service rates for fiscal years 2022-23 through 2027-28. Additional business includes accepting grant funds for Sign Hill Park, a library Vote Center, and an after-school program, as well as continuing remote meetings.
