At the December 16 meeting the Waseca City Council will consider several action items, including adopting the EDA final levy, the final 2026 levy, and the 2026 city budget. The council will also vote on a fire‑relief pension amendment and approve a liquor and tobacco license for Everest Apollo. The council also approved land purchase resolutions for the Kluver and Schlaak properties and adopted rezoning ordinances for several city‑owned parcels. Additionally, the council authorized the final payment of $119,236.68 for the 2025 Crack Seal/Seal Coat Project.
