Mackey Audience: Councilor Wallert, Laurel March, Aaron Schweiger Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM Moved by Commissioner Henderson, supported by Commissioner Riley to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried. Moved by Commissioner Riley, supported by Commissioner Henderson to approve the December 4, 2025 minutes Motion carried. Commissioner Riley spoke on the fact that at the last meeting the commission talked a lot on short term rentals and VRBO’s/AirBNB’s and she found a lot more out there than we are aware of. Moved by Commissioner Henderson, supported by Commissioner Riley to elect Commissioner Setnicker as the Chair of the Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion carried.
