Plan Commission

The commission recommended that Common Council approve a zoning amendment to allow a single-family residential subdivision on properties between Wisconsin Avenue and St. Johns Road. It also recommended approval for a new dental clinic site plan and a lot conversion for residential construction. Several business plans of operation were approved.

Deer Management Committee

The committee voted to recommend that the Common Council update the Municipal Code to remove the sunset clause and make the Deer Management Committee permanent. Members also reviewed the current budget and deer harvest reports.

Lake Welfare Committee

The Lake Welfare Committee will discuss and possibly take action on several items, including a SEWRPC study with a possible lake remediation project for 2023, the 'Welcome to the Lake' program, dredging at the mouth of the Bark River, and improvements to the Naga-Waukee Park Boat Launch. The meeting is scheduled for December 14, 2022, at 6:00 PM in City Hall.

Library Board

Public Works Committee

The committee approved the installation of white edge lines around a mailbox located in the Nagawicka Road path. Members also discussed a concept plan for the Delafield Park Way Development, including road widths and drainage, but took no formal action on the proposal.

Park & Recreation Commission

Common Council

Deer Management Committee

The committee approved a gift card incentive program to encourage hunters to report deer kills to the city. It also authorized funding for deer stands to potentially facilitate hunting on Nashotah House property. Members discussed expanding the committee's scope and name to include other wildlife before its March 31, 2023 sunset date.

Police Commission

The Plan Commission approved signage for two businesses and recommended several final plats and site plans for Common Council approval. Tree Board
