Council to hold hearings on Lynnview Estates assessments, road vacation, and TIF district

The Detroit Lakes City Council will hold three public hearings: one on proposed assessments for the Lynnview Estates Street and Utility Improvement Project, one on vacating a portion of a public road at 997 and 1001 Lakewood Drive, and one on modifying a development program and establishing a new Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district.
