Special City Council Meeting
The City Council is deciding whether to authorize the Interim City Manager to enter a Water Sale and Delivery Agreement with EAU. This settlement would resolve Water Court Case 18CW3090, allowing the City to change 128 FRICO-Standley Lake shares from agricultural to municipal use.
