The Planning Commission held public hearings on application 230147, The Highlands at Clarkdale, a proposal to rezone about 18.56 acres of a 23.84-acre parcel from R-1 to PAD-10 and a preliminary development plan for 139 single-family lots. After public comment, the Commission voted 4-0 to table the rezoning and send it back to staff, and voted 4-0 to table the preliminary development plan and send it back to staff. The minutes record Vice Chair Johnson as voting nay on both motions while the tally shows 4-0. The Commission also approved the Jan. 17, 2023 meeting minutes 5-0 and proposed no future agenda items.
