The Clay County Board of Commissioners will receive annual updates from the Assessor's Office, Information Services, and Treatment Court. The board will also review a request to proceed with a capital improvement project for FSC door and hardware replacement.

Planning Commission

The Clay County Planning Commission will hold public hearings regarding two interim use permits. The body will also discuss a Comprehensive Plan update and the election of officers.

The Board of Commissioners will discuss requests for HVAC and air handler projects funded by ARPA. The meeting includes a request to fill a public health nurse position and a contract voucher for CSAH 19 (Parke Ave).

The Clay County Board of Commissioners will discuss the use of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds for masks and revenue loss calculations. The board is also reviewing staffing requests for social services and the jail, as well as highway department contracts.

The Clay County Board of Commissioners will discuss a rezoning request from Mortenson in Goose Prairie Township. The board is also reviewing bids for infrastructure projects and staffing requests for the Juvenile Center and Veteran’s Service Office.
