BE IT REMEMBERED that the Commissioners' Court of Comanche County, Texas met in a Regular
Meeting on the 23rd day of March 2026 wfihthe following members present Stephanie L. Davis, County Judge
Presiding; Sheldon Scott, Commissioner Precinct #l; Russell Gilleffe, Commissioner Precinct #2; Sherman
Sides Commissioner Precinct #3; and Chance Singleton, Commissioner Precinct #4.
A quorum was present.
Judge Davis opened the meeting at 9:00 a.m.
The Invocation was given by Commissioner Singleton.
Commissioners Gillette made the motion to approve the Minutes of March 9, 2026, Regular

Public Comment: Judge Davis informed the Commissioners of an Administrative Ta:r Abatement
Workshop training in Lubbock.
Commissioner Sides made the motion to approve the 2025 Texas Public Libraries Annual Report for
Accreditation to the Texas State Library by Deborah Hanson, Comanche Public Library Director and authorize
Judge Davis to sign the report. Commissioner Gillette made the second to the motion. All approved. Motion

BE IT REMEMBERED that the CommissionJr' io* of Comanche County, Texas met in a Regular
Meeting on the l2th day of January 2026 wrth the following members present Stiphanie L. Davis, CJunty
Judge Presiding; Sheldon Scott, Commissioner Precinct #l; Russell Gillette, Commissioner Precinct #i;
Sherman Sides, Commissioner Precinct #3 and Chance Singleton, Commissioner Precinct #4.
A quorum was present.
Judge Davis opened the meeting at9:02 a.m.
The Invocation was given by Commissioner Sides.
Commissioners Sides made the motion to approve the Minutes of December 22, 2025, Regular
Commissioners' Court Meeting with the following correction. There is no insecticide that will treat the Mealy
Bug on pasture grasses as reported by Mike Berry. All approved. Motion passed.
Public Comment: None
A Resolution in opposition to the proposed Oncor 765 Kv "Dinosaur Longshore" Transmission Line
Project passing thru Comanche County was discussed. It was suggested the opposition be based on three items;
the public was not given proper notice of the Oncor meetings to present information to the public, the placement
of the 765 Kv line can significantly degrade or disrupt signal performance of Comanche County wide
emergency communication and concems that the construction will harm County infrastructure and disturb
Indian burial sites, Indian artifacts and Indian marker trees.
