they vary and I think I support that but at the same time I want to make sure if a conflict arises afterwards and there is a problem something got by us somehow or just the things we know that happens that the interest of the neighborhood will be protected I would probably ask uh that we had some general language in an ordinance that declares the attendance primarily to protect residential use if there's any substantial conflict that arises with the use permit I did take the time to call our City attorney Mr Bacher since I knew he wouldn't be on the call today and he indicated from a legal perspective that's perfectly valid and not at all unusual so I would make that General suggestion I think between the protections of a use permit a nuisance protection a nuisance ordinance and having language that declares the intent is this is a residential area and we're trying to make sure we focus on that perhaps with some Primacy I think we'd have good for next for me to support much of this and uh I would agree with council member Harvey I'd like to see larger notifications the whole neighborhood I think rather than 500 feet I agree with her and councilman before they had a number of things that's overlapped I think so I'm just going to list them all uh pesticides uh synthetic fertilizers as well I'd like to see language calling out restriction of that usage I suspect most of our users wouldn't be using it but I think since that's a we've tried to go as a council in a city we should d [Excerpt truncated on this listing page; use the official record for the full text.]
