Special City Commission Meeting

This special meeting focuses on the FY 2026-27 budget, particularly the Capital Improvement Plan and Capital Outlay/Fleet Replacement. Development Review Committee

The DRC is holding pre-application meetings for three development projects. They will discuss mass grading for a 75-acre multi-use development at Halifax Crossings, a bar expansion and sandwich shop at Murphy's Bar & Liquor, and a mailbox kiosk at Hampton Oaks subdivision.

City Commission

The commission will hold first readings on two ordinances: one to regulate small wireless facilities and another to establish the Hickory Lakes Community Development District for a 194-acre development.
