I ask you, Lord, to bring peace into this place, Father God , which it needs it so badly, so much, Father God. And I thank the commissioners and everyone at the panel, Father God, for all they do and the blessings that they give to the community. Jesus, I pray. Thank you. Before we get started, just for the commission, we will pause after the presentations that you do. We'll go through the whole overview on incision one, and then when we get to two, we'll start pausing there for questions. So if everyone can just write down your questions and hold off on pushing the button when we get to that corner or to that part, I'll ask if anybody has questions, and we'll continue that way. Mr. McKinney. Yes, sir. So with that, I would first like to thank my staff, the finance budget team, the deputy finance director, and all of the fiscal financial business analysts that are behind us. I do appreciate everything that they've done, as well as all the departments, directors, and managers that have helped to put this together, along with the city manager. Point of order, just for the record, Commissioner Caldwell 's here. Hello, sir. Okay. So you know how we did May 18th a little bit different? So I'm doing this a little bit different. So we've put the book together, more so by topic, and the PowerPoint is in that order as well. So today, we're going to go over the high-level overview. Previously, we spoke about capital, CIP, and special assessments at our workshops in May and June. This month, we're speaking specifically on all the operational overview of all the major funds, as well as all subfunds. We're going to go ov …
