Erick Matias has submitted an application & fee to renew his tattoo & body piercing license at 120 North Dakota Street Apt 3. According to Ordinance 116, a license issued by the City is required to conduct business at a tattoo/piercing establishment. An inspection shall be conducted, and, upon proof of compliance, the City shall grant a license effective for one year. Chad Skiles has completed the inspection on behalf of the City to ensure compliance with the applicable South Dakota Administrative Rules.

The City Commission is meeting to approve annual 2026 appointments, official depositories, and the official newspaper. The body will also consider several service contracts and infrastructure project approvals.
