During regular meetings, district residents, staff members, parents, and students may address the Employee Benefits Trust during the session’s order of business. The public may also address the Employee Benefits Trust during the “ Public Comment ” segment near the beginning of the agenda. The public may address the Employee Benefits Trust on both agenda and non-agenda items.
This is the time for the public to comment. Members of the Employee Benefits Trust may not discuss items that are not specifically identified on the agenda. Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(H), action taken as a result of public comment will be limited to directing staff to study the matter, responding to any criticism or scheduling the matter for further consideration and decision at a later date.
