City Council to approve digital billboard project and related ordinance

The Diamond Bar City Council will consider a digital billboard project for Walnut Valley Unified School District, including two ordinances to amend billboard regulations and approve a development agreement for a 6.08‑acre site at 880 South Lemon Avenue.
