Council to adopt 2025-2030 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan

The City Council will hold a proclamation for Art and Culture Month and a presentation on Children and Nature. Under the consent calendar, they will adopt the 2025-2030 Local Hazard Mitigation Plan, accept a $39,955 ABC grant for the police department to reduce youth access to alcohol, and approve a license agreement with Dorothy Day House for transitional housing at 4300 San Pablo Avenue. A public hearing on amending the Public Works Director's authority to approve public property improvements is continued to October 7, 2025.
