Roll Call
A meeting and public hearing of the Fox Point Village Board was held by a combination of
in-person and virtual attendance via telephonic and video conferencing on Tuesday,
August 18, 2026 in Schwemer Hall, 7200 N. Santa Monica Boulevard. Village President
Symchych called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and asked the Village Clerk to take roll
call. Roll Call of the Village Board present included:

A. Roll Call:
Trustee Liz Aelion, Trustee Mark Freedman and Member Pedro Pierri were present. Trustee
Aelion served as Committee Chair. Wendi Unger of Baker Tilly Virchow Krause & Company,
Village Manager Steven Kreklow and Finance Manager Mary Carthell were also present.
B. Minutes from July 31st 2025 Audit Committee Meeting:
On a motion by Trustee Freedman, seconded by Member Pierri, and carried by a 3-0 vote, the
Committee approved the July 31st 2025 minutes 3-0.
C. Discussion and Possible Action Re: FY 2025 Draft Village Audit
The Draft 2025 Audit was presented by Ms. Unger from Baker Tilly Virchow Krause & Company.
Trustee Freedman and Trustee Aelion identified minor errors in the report that will be corrected
by Ms. Unger.
On a motion by Trustee Freedman, seconded by Member Pierri, and carried by a 3-0 vote, the
Committee accepted the 2025 Audit with changes discussed during the meeting and
recommends it be presented to the Village Board by Ms. Unger at their August 18th meeting.

A meeting and public hearing of the Fox Point Village Board was held by a combination of
in-person and virtual attendance via telephonic and video conferencing on Tuesday, July
14, 2026 in Schwemer Hall, 7200 N. Santa Monica Boulevard. Village President Symchych
called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM and asked the Village Clerk to take roll call. Roll Call

The Fox Point Village Board will meet on March 10, 2026, to consider several items, including a lease extension and lump sum payout offer from Harmoni Towers LLC for a telecommunications tower on Village property, and a presentation on the 2025 DNR Stormwater Report. A meeting and public hearing of the Fox Point Village Board was held by a combination
of in-person and virtual attendance via telephonic and video conferencing on Tuesday,
February 10, 2026 in Schwemer Hall, 7200 N. Santa Monica Boulevard. Village President
Symchych called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and asked the Village Deputy Clerk to take
roll call. Roll Call of the Village Board present included:
