Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to decide on a two-lot parcel map and conditional use permits for a new community assembly facility/campus for Anthem Church, along with parking lot improvements to Christ Lutheran Church campus, all at 6595 Covington Way. They will also consider adopting a Notice of Exemption and approve associated development plan adjustments.

City Council
The Council will review several municipal service agreements, including street sweeping and traffic striping. They are also considering a public hearing for street lighting assessments and adjustments to the library special tax rate.

Public Tree Advisory Commission
The commission will consider approving several new Heritage Tree designations at local parks and historical sites. Staff will also provide updates on street tree maintenance, parks activities, and the Urban Forest Climate Adaptation Project.

Design Review Board
The Design Review Board will review three sign proposals, a second-story residential addition, and the Fairview Gardens Conditional Use Permit project. The Board will also provide feedback on a proposed mural design for Carpeteria Carpet One funded through a POP Grant. Most items are scheduled for conceptual, preliminary, or final approval with CEQA exemptions.

Planning Commission
The Planning Commission will consider a resolution regarding the upcoming fiscal year's capital improvement projects. The body must determine if these planned improvements conform to the Goleta General Plan and Coastal Land Use Plan.
