PUBLIC NOTICE
The Bethany Beach Town Council will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, July 1 7 , 202 6 , at the
Bethany Beach Town Hall, 214 Garfield Parkway, Bethany Beach, DE. The Town
Council will sit as a Board of Revision and Appeal to hear appeals from Said
Assessments and to make corrections and revisions as it deems appropriate.
The Annual Tax Assessment List is available for public inspection at the Town Office
and on the Town ’s website – www.townofbethanybeach.com .
Upon completion of the appeal process, the Town Council shall at this meeting or at the
next ensuing regular meeting, adopt a Resolution approving the final annual or quarterly
supplemental Assessment List, as the case may be (including any and all changes,
costs or other assessments) owed to the Town and add it to the Assessment List.
