The Folly Beach City Council is holding a special committee meeting to discuss legal advice on the short-term rental ordinance and recent court rulings. They will consider a resolution authorizing appeals in two lawsuits against the city and hold a first reading of an ordinance to impose a moratorium on new short-term rental business licenses pending a study.
