Plan Commission
The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a Conditional Use Grant (CUG) to allow a residential unit within a commercial building, boat rentals, and sightseeing cruises, and to amend an existing CUG for a restaurant/bar with event space in a new structure at Bass Bay. The commission will also vote on numerous resolutions, including site plan amendments for Tractor Supply, Bass Bay Brewhouse, Nic's Place, BioSource Cultures & Flavors, Firewise Barbecue Company, Texx 2 Team USA, and a new site plan for P.E.A. Properties. Additionally, they will consider a preliminary plat for the Golf View Estates subdivision, temporary fireworks sales at Pick-n-Save and Wal-Mart, and a conceptual plan review for Willow Estates.

Library Board
The Muskego Library Board will consider approving the 2027-2031 Five Year Capital Budget Plan (second reading) and begin reviewing the 2027 operating budget. The board will also discuss committee appointments for 2026-2027. Consent agenda includes approval of May minutes and financials.

Common Council
The Common Council will consider adopting the 2035 Comprehensive Plan on second reading, which sets long-term land use and development policies. Common Council
The Common Council will hold a public hearing and first reading on adopting the City of Muskego 2035 Comprehensive Plan and related zoning code amendments. Library Board
The Muskego Library Board will discuss and possibly approve moving board meetings to Library Meeting Room 4, review a draft 2027-2031 capital budget plan, and vote on certification of Waukesha County Library Standards. Big Muskego Lake District Board of Commissioners
The Big Muskego Lake District Board of Commissioners will discuss the current condition of the lake and bay, including water levels, plant growth, and wildlife. They will consider authorizing the chairperson to apply for a Chemical Aquatic Plant Control Permit. The board will also vote on approving the minutes from the September 23, 2025 meeting.

Common Council
The Common Council will hold a public hearing on a petition to rezone a vacant parcel on Ryan Drive (Tax Key 2255.979.002) from RSE Suburban Estate to RS-2 Suburban Residence to create the 19-lot single-family Golf View Estates subdivision. Finance Committee
