Following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, the Police and
Fire Commission will meet to vote on a motion to convene in Closed Session for the purpose of:

A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute,
Section 19.85 (1) (C ): Considering employment, promotion, compensation, performance evaluation data of

STATEMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated this meeting was noticed on Friday, April 10, 2026; an Amended Agenda was
posted on Monday, April 13, 2026. Both notices were posted in accordance with the open meeting law.
PUBLIC COMMENT
City Residents and Taxpayers Only - Speakers will be limited to making comments related to all
agenda items excluding closed session items relating to employment and labor issues. Comments will
be limited to three minutes per speaker per agenda item. There will be no discussion by/with the
Common Council during Public Comment. To speak during Public Comment at Common Council
Meetings, please complete the Public Comment Registration Form. This form must be submitted to the
City Clerk prior to the start of the meeting.

CLOSED SESSION
Following conclusion of consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, the
Committee of the Whole will meet to vote on a motion to convene in Closed Session for
discussion/action relative to:
Discussion of employment personnel matters, wherein the naming of specific persons or job titles would
likely have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the employees involved.
A Closed Session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)

The Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on a Conditional Use Grant (CUG) to allow a residential unit within a commercial building, boat rentals, and sightseeing cruises, and to amend an existing CUG for a restaurant/bar with event space in a new structure at Bass Bay.
