Councilmember Rogers spoke on a special event for the Friends of the Library to be held at the library, downstairs, Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Councilmember Nolan announced that 47 people were served by the Food Bank earlier in the day. 6. HWY 69, SUITE 10 HUMBOLDT, ARIZONA 86329 NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE DEWEY-HUMBOLDT TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Dewey-Humboldt Town Council and to the general public that the Town Council will hold a retreat open to the public for observation on Wednesday, January 07, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Dewey-Humboldt Town Hall Council Chambers, 2735 S. Highway 69, Suite 10, Humboldt, Arizona 86329. The Council Chambers will be open at 8:45 a.m. DEWEY-HUMBOLDT TOWN COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING AGENDA The issues that come before the Town Council are often challenging and potentially divisive. To make sure we benefit from the diverse views to be presented, the Council believes public meetings to be a safe place for people to speak, and asks that everyone refrain from clapping, heckling , and any other expressions of approval or disapproval. Council may vote to go into Executive Session for legal advice regarding any matter on the open agenda pursuant to A.R.S. § 38 -431.03(A)(3) which will be held immediately after the vote and will not be open to the public. STATE ROUTE 69, SUITE 10, DEWEY- HUMBOLDT COUNCIL CHAMBERS, IN THE TOWN OF DEWEY-HUMBOLDT, COUNTY OF YAVAPAI, AND STATE OF ARIZONA. 1. Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 9:26 a.m. 2. Roll Call Present: Councilmembers (CMs) Jeremiah Barron, Michael Donovan, Thomas Mallette, Denise Rogers, Terry Nolan, Vice Mayor (VM) Jason Chisholm, and Mayor Matthew Fenn. Absent: None 3. Mayor Fenn spoke on YPlan approving a special services contract between Yavapai County and YPlan, to go to the Board of Supervisors. Councilmember Michael Donovan spoke on the December 18th CAFMA meeting. There were two items of interest: a new airport in Chino Valley, as well as a new fire station for CAFMA being built with 11 million dollars. CAFMA’s accreditation was successful and is good for 2 years.
