The Doraville Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider approving a rezoning of seven properties on Carver Drive and Peachtree Boulevard from R-1 and T-5 to T-5 for a proposed mixed-use multi-family development by Landmark Properties. Four concurrent variances are also under consideration, including reductions to landscape buffers, parking requirements, and an inter-parcel connectivity exemption.
