Planning Commission

Commission will vote on adopting Doraville’s updated official zoning map.

The Planning Commission will consider several variance and permit requests and will also consider adopting an updated citywide zoning map. Items include a driveway variance at 3401 Pin Oak Circle, a conditional use permit for Sapphire Karaoke at 5150 Buford Highway, a density‑bonus variance for a senior living project at 5788 South Peachtree Road, and a fence variance at 4137 English Oak Drive. The commission will also vote on adopting the official up‑to‑date zoning map for the City of Doraville. All items are for consideration at this meeting.
