Council to consider transferring former Skyway Plaza site for redevelopment

The Fairborn City Council will hold a public hearing on codified ordinances, consider first readings of ordinances authorizing a public utility easement and transferring the former Skyway Plaza property (1104 Kauffman Avenue) to the Fairborn Development Corporation, and vote on resolutions to launch a drone as first responder program and a memorandum of understanding for Skyway Plaza redevelopment. Minutes approval and citizen comments are also on the agenda.
