Art & Culture Commission
The commission will review and approve the April 2025 meeting minutes, hear a finance report, and receive committee updates. Ongoing business includes updates on the 501c3 application, IRS status, and several upcoming exhibits: the Pollyanna show through June 6, the Veteran Show June 6-July 24, and an exhibit by Rob Moriarty/Ryan Hennebry in September. Also discussed are the Art on the Green event on September 13 and Lemonsters Trick or Treating on October 25.

Village Board Meeting
The Village Board will consider resolutions to approve contracts for salt, water meters, and engineering services for bridge repairs. The meeting also includes a report on the award of a contract for Derby Road bridge repairs.
