Planning Commission/ Historic Preservation
The Planning Commission will hold public hearings on several development proposals, including a Sonic drive-thru, industrial buildings, and a zone change. The most significant item is a housing element update to address state mandates and the 6th Cycle Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA), which would create an Affordable Housing Overlay District. The commission will also consider a certificate of appropriateness to demolish a historic 1914 Craftsman home for industrial development. One subdivision application is continued to January 25.

Planning Commission/ Historic Preservation
The Planning Commission will consider the Conceptual 'Great' Park Master Plan for a 370-acre park and approve Phase 1 design for 130 acres, including an amphitheater and trails. Library Board of Trustees
The Ontario City Library Board will vote to approve the October 12, 2021 meeting minutes and the October consent calendar. Staff reports on community programs and library usage will be presented.
