ACTION ITEMS
Discussion/Decision to approve Park County Revised Work Comp Cyber Renewal retro active
to July 1. 2026.
Suggested Action: Revised the payroll on the Montana State Fund work comp renewal to the correct
payroll. The original payroll number that we were given for class code 9420 was $3,008,867. We
revised this to $1,653,289. Please see attached revised proposal.
With this change, Park County work comp premium actually went down this year. Current term is
$209,478 annual premium, and your renewal is $191,561, so there is a savings of almost $18,000 for
the upcoming term effective 7/1.
