GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSORS MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES September 23, 2026 The meeting was called to order at 5:11 p.m. by Chairman Rod Wilson. Board Members in attendance: L.P. O’Neal, Nicholas Antone, Jim Couch, and Keith Martin. Also, in attendance were Chief Appraiser Debbie Moreno, and office staff Mary Wood. Minutes from the August 19, 2026, meeting (Attachment) were presented for approval. Nicholas Antone motioned, and Keith Martin seconded; after discussion, the motion was adopted unanimously. GREENE COUNTY BOARD OF ASSESSORS SPECIAL CALLED MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES August 19, 2026 Meeting was called to order at 5:21p.m. by the Chairman, Rod Wilson. Board Members in attendance: L.P. O’Neal, Nicholas Antone, Keith Martin, and Jim Couch. Also in attendance were County Manager, David Crawley, Chief Appraiser, Debbie Moreno, and office staff, Mary Wood. Also present was Ginny Vanoostrom-Willet. Chairman Rod Wilson asked the Board to consider moving the late-appeal matter to the first item on the agenda to accommodate Ms. Vanoostrom-Willet. The Board agreed and revisited the late appeal. Based on the advice from our counsel and extensive documentation presented, Keith Martin made a motion to accept and process the appeal, and L.P.O’Neal seconded the motion. After discussion, the motion was adopted unanimously. Minutes from the July 22, 2026 meeting (Attachment) were presented for approval.
