BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING

The Keenesburg Board of Trustees held a regular meeting on December 21, 2020, approving several resolutions including a final plat for the TBK Bank minor subdivision, a professional services agreement with a traffic engineer, a renewal agreement with the Humane Society, and a water rights legal services retainer. BOARD OF TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING

The board reconsidered and re-approved the Noble Energy road maintenance agreement (Resolution 2020-63) after correcting an error in the route map and payment amount, now reflecting a $89,000 payment for two miles of CR 18. They also approved a 20% increase in building permit fees effective January 1, 2021, conditionally accepted public improvements for Evan's Place Filing 1, and approved an intergovernmental agreement establishing the Keenesburg Library. All votes were 7-0.
