Minutes Call to Order Meeting was called to order at 9:16 AM by Vice Chair Taslim van Hattum and it was determined that a Quorum was present. Attendance The quorum present consisted of Dr. Brian L. Turner, Taslim van Hattum, Leslie Ragas Prest, Denise S. Dugas, Charles D. Jackson, Robert W. Kimbro, Stuart A Simon, and Matthew Woodward. Absent from the meeting was Gerard Woodrich.
