The Vinton Harbor and Terminal District Board will hold a regular meeting to approve minutes, bills, and the monthly financial statement, and to discuss business related to substantial completion and a dredging permit.

The Board approved the minutes from the previous meeting and the bills for the month. Financial statements for the month ending August 30, 2021, were approved as presented. The Board held an executive session to discuss pending insurance litigation regarding Hurricanes Laura and Delta, but no action was taken.
