A motion was made by Skwor and seconded by Diehl, to close the public hearing regarding Ordinance 26-056 amending Chapter 46, 46.01 and 46.09 (Private swimming and fishing rafts) of the Village Municipal Code. Motion carried. Webb called to order a Public Hearing. No one appeared before the Board. A motion was made by Eck and seconded by Brandt to close the Public Hearing regarding Ordinance 26-057 to repeal and replace Chapter 8 (Ethics) of the Village Municipal Code. Motion carried. Webb called to order a Public Hearing. No one appeared before the Board. A motion was made by Skwor, seconded by Eck to close the Public Hearing regarding an application for Jay Shree Ganesh LLC, Travis Wilson, Agent, Grand Marquis Resort Hotel, 840 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S.
