I want to give the Water Committee an update on some progress we've made. Before I get into it, though, I just do want to talk a little bit about how we got here, what the next few months are going to look like, and obviously, as Kathleen brings up the presentation, we'll go through the slides in a moment. So with that, I'm pleased to provide you with an update on our granular activated carbon project, the GAC project at the Cypress Water Production Facility. It's been under construction for at least six years or so, and we've made a tremendous amount of progress in the last 18 months. I'll just kind of give you a quick history or a brief history of what the last 18 months involved. So last July, actually coincidentally, almost exactly a year ago, I came to the city council and gave a presentation updating the council and the community on the progress of the project.
